What customer service assistance can I expect from an Office Interiors Group, Inc. company?

You will have a Project Manager throughout the entire ordering and installation process. Our experienced professionals will answer your initial questions concerning product, design, shipping and installation. Your Project Manager will be available anytime during regular business hours.

What information will I need to provide?

To ensure that your project is a complete success, you will need to provide your assigned Project Manager a layout of the space to include dimensions, doorways, windows or any structural obstructions within your space.

How long will it take to receive our furniture & what if we do not have a dock to receive shipment?

Our standard cubicles featured on the homepage of our website are guaranteed to ship within 12-15 working days after receipt of payment. Custom orders will ship within 15-20 working days after receipt of payment. We can ship directly to your site or to your installer's warehouse.

Where are you located?

We are located at 2025 Midway Rd., Carrollton, TX 75006 & currently conduct business in all 50 states including Canada.

Do you offer Installation Services?

Yes. We have an extensive network of installers who will receive, inspect, deliver & install your new office furniture. Simply let your Project Manager know you would like he or she to include this service in your proposal.

What is your warranty policy?

We carry several different manufacturer's products with warranties ranging from 5 years to the Lifetime of the furniture.

Do you carry "Green" products?

Yes. The majority of our manufactures hold Greenguard certificates for environmental sustainability & can help you earn LEED points.

Do you offer design services?

Yes. We have a team of designers ready to help you maximize your office space leading to a more productive workspace.
